Procedures of Request for Grade Reconsideration

Students who wish to request for grade reconsideration must follow these steps:

  1. The student can requests for grade reconsideration within 15 days after the announcement of grades.

  2. Download “Request Form for Grade Reconsideration” on Reg website at menu “Download Forms”.

  3. The student submits the request form to the Registrar Division.

  4. The student acknowledges the result from the Registrar Division.

  5. In case of grade changing, the instructor will present a request for correction according to the process.

  6. The Registrar Division changes the grade in REG system and the student acknowledges the result via REG system.
