Programme Philosophy : The Bachelor of Arts programme in Chinese Language and Culture aims to produce graduates based on the theory of Cognitivism, which emphasises learning through cognitive processes. Learners take the lead in constructing their own knowledge and understanding, while instructors act as facilitators who design appropriate learning activities both inside and outside the classroom. The goal is to develop graduates who are proficient in Chinese communication through skills in listening, speaking, reading, writing, translation, and interpreting within diverse cultural contexts.

Programme Objectives :
  1. To possess knowledge and understanding of Chinese language and culture, and to be able to apply this knowledge effectively.
  2. To demonstrate proficiency in Chinese language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, writing, translation, and interpreting.
  3. To be able to utilise digital technology to support learning and work-related tasks.
  4. To demonstrate honesty, responsibility, and attention to detail in tasks involving both Chinese and Thai languages.
  5. To be able to work collaboratively with others while respecting cultural differences.
