Course Description : Content, concept, structure and meaning of financial reporting for business organizations; prepare financial statements in accordance with Thai financial reporting standards; evaluate the appropriateness of accounting policies used to prepare financial statements; interpret financial statements and related disclosures; analyse a firm’s cash flows and working capital requirements; use of ratio, trend and vertical analysis techniques to analyze profitability and risk for the current financial statements of a firm and to project a firm’s future financial statements; evaluate the appropriateness of the components used to calculate a firm’s cost of capital; valuation of a firm by using discount free cash flow, dividend discount and residual income approaches for investment decisions, business planning and long-term financial management; business valuation and business analysis.
