1.Log in the REG system https://reg.mfu.ac.th/th

2.Press the right icon, choose MFU Applications

3.Press Online Petition Service

4.Press Petitioning icon

5.Press New Request 

6.Press the Request Form 

7.Complete the form 1) Choose the correct semester and academic year 2) Prefer to receive or not receive the grade 3) specify the reason (Attach a copy of parent' passport or Identification card)

8.Check the information before submitting the request

Note: To request for resignation, students must not have outstanding debts with the university.
