Students who wish to request a change of major for the Second Semester, Academic Year 2025, may download the form and schedule from now until 27 November 2026.
✔️ The completed form, with approval from the School of Management, must be submitted by the student to the Registrar Division, AS Building, Room 108, from now until 27 November 2026, by 4 PM
✔️ Students must carefully read the procedures and schedule for a change of major and follow all the required steps.
