Category of Academic documents
The academic documents that the university may issue include:
1. Current Student
- Transcript of records (Thai/English)
- Certificate of student status (Thai/English)
- Certificate of using English as medium of instruction (except the Bachelor of Law programme,Applied Thai Traditional Medicine programme,Traditional Chinese Medicine programme).
2. Records for students or those waiting for graduation approval
- Transcript of records (Thai / English)
- Certificate of student status (Thai / English)
- Certificate of expectation for completing degree (Thai / English)
- Certificate of academic degree completion (pending the approval of the University Council)
- Certificate of using English as medium of instruction (except the Bachelor of Law programme, Applied Thai Traditional Medicine programme,Traditional Chinese Medicine programme).
3. Records for graduated
- Transcript of records (Thai / English)
- Certificate of academic degree completion (Thai / English)
- Certificate of using English as medium of instruction (except the Bachelor of Law programme, Applied Thai Traditional Medicine programme,Traditional Chinese Medicine programme).
4. Records for those who have dropped out or those whose student status has been terminated
- Transcript of records (Thai / English)
If you need academic documents other than these,contact the Division of Registrar in person.
To request academic documents, follow the steps below.
1. Enter the website http://reg.mfu.ac.th
2. From the left-hand menu, choose “Request Online”.
3. Submit the completed online and pay a fee of THB 50 per document (except Translation of degree certificate 200 per document)before the due date indicated on the printout; otherwise, your request will be cancelled.
Students can pay a fee at:
- Division of Registrar Before 02.30 P.M.
- Division of Finance and Accounting Before 03.30 P.M.
- Bangkok bank every branch (office hour)
4. Within one business days, contact the Division of Registrar to receive the requested document(s). In an urgent case, please inform the Division of Registrar.
5. If you cannot receive the requested document(s) in person, you may do any of the following.
5.1 Authorize a person to receive the document(s) on your behalf, by presenting a certified copy of your national ID card or student ID card.
5.2 Request that the document(s) be sent by post and pay a request fee. (See Mae Fah Luang University Notification on Fee for Posting Academic Documents, BE 2559 (2016).)
