Request Form For Being Reinstated to Student Status
If your student status has been terminated due to your failure to enroll or maintain your student status within the first two weeks of the semester (Clause 24.4 of Mae Fah Luang University’s Regulations on Bachelor’s Degree Education, BE 2542 (1999)), you may request reinstatement of your status as a student. Follow the steps below.
1. Obtain a ‘Student status Reinstatement Request’ from the Registration Division, or download it from <http://reg.mfu.ac.th>.
2. Submit the completed request, with your advisor’s consent and the dean’s approval, to the Registration Division.
3. Contact the Registration Division for the result and pay a student status reinstatement fee.
Request for reinstatement of your status as a student must be submitted within the semester in which your student status is terminated.
