📌 Request for graduation in the Second Semester, Academic Year 2024

For students who expect to graduate in the Second Semester, Academic Year 2024, the graduation request can be submitted as follows:

⭐️ Undergraduate Degree 20 January - 14 February 2025

⭐️ Postgraduate Degree 20 January - 18 July 2025

⭐️ Master of Business Administration 17 February - 18 July 2025

system is available from 6 a.m. - 9 p.m.

If students have any outstanding debt to the university, students must pay the debt in order to log in to the Graduation Request System (Except for university scholarships or tuition fee postponement, students can log in through the system).

* Students, who expect to graduate but do not request for graduation within the period specified by the University, will not be approved to graduate. Therefore, students are required to maintain their student status in the next semester.

The conditions for students to be eligible to submit a graduation request

⭐️ Undergraduate Degree

1. Students must not have any outstanding debts to the University.

2. Students must be studying in their final semester of enrollment including internship and expect to graduate in the Second Semester, Academic Year 2024 (students must submit a request according to the schedule, without waiting for grades results). *If students will enroll in some courses or an internship in the Summer Session, Academic Year 2024. The student must submit a request in the next round (a notice will be posted on https://reg.mfu.ac.th around the start of the Summer Session, Academic Year 2024).

3. If students previously submitted a request in the First Semester, Academic Year 2024, but have not graduated or have not passed the exit examination in the 1/2024 or 2/2024 rounds, their request will be canceled. Students must submit a new request in the Second Semester, Academic Year 2024.

⭐️ Postgraduate Degree

• Students must not have any outstanding debts to the University.

• Students must be studying in their final semester of enrollment and expect to graduate in the Second Semester, Academic Year 2024.

• If students previously submitted a request in the First Semester, Academic Year 2024, but have not graduated, their request will be canceled. Students must submit a new request in the Second Semester, Academic Year 2024.
