📌 Request for graduation in the First Semester, Academic Year 2025

Students who expect to graduate in the First Semester, Academic Year 2025, must submit a graduation request during the following periods:

⭐️ Undergraduate Degree 18 August - 12 September 2025

⭐️ Postgraduate Degree 18 August - 4 December 2025

⭐️ Master of Business Administration 18 August 2025 - 30 January 2026

🕕 The system is available from 6 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Students must clear all outstanding debts with the university in order to access the Graduation Request System.

⚠️ Students who are eligible to graduate but do not submit a graduation request within the specified period will not be approved for graduation. Therefore, students will be required to maintain their student status in the next semester.

Eligibility Criteria

⭐️ Undergraduate Students

1. Must have no outstanding debts to the university.

2. Must be enrolled in their final semester, including internships, and expect to graduate in the First Semester, Academic Year 2025 (submit the request during the specified period, do not wait for grade results).

   * If students will take any courses or internships in the Second Semester, Academic Year 2025 must submit the request in the next round (a notice will be posted on https://reg.mfu.ac.th at the beginning of the Second Semester, Academic Year 2025).

3. Students who maintaining student status while waiting for exit examination results must still submit the request within the specified period (do not wait for the results).

4. Students whose previous requests were canceled due to not meeting the graduation requirements must submit a new request in this round.

   * Students whose status has already changed to "Graduated" are not required to submit a graduation request.

⭐️ Postgraduate Students

1. Must have no outstanding debts to the university.

2. Must be enrolled in their final semester and expect to graduate in the First Semester, Academic Year 2025

3. Students whose previous requests were canceled due to not meeting the graduation requirements must submit a new request in this round.
