🔔 Graduation Request for the Summer Session, Academic Year 2025 ❗ For Undergraduate Students Who Have Not Yet Submitted a Graduation Request

Students who expect to graduate in the Summer Session, Academic Year 2025, but have not yet submitted a graduation request must complete the request

during the period 29 June - 3 July 2026

🕕 The system is available from 7 AM - 9 PM

Students must clear all outstanding debts with the university in order to access the Graduation Request System. (The graduate request can normally be submitted for the student who has been issued a tuition fee extension)

⚠️ Students who are eligible to graduate but do not submit a graduation request within the specified period will not be approved for graduation. Therefore, students will be required to maintain their student status in the next semester.

⭐️ Eligibility Criteria

1. Must have no outstanding debts to the university.

2. Must be enrolled in their final semester, including internships, and expect to graduate in Summer Session, Academic Year 2025 (Submit the request during the specified period. Do not need to wait for your grade results).

   * Students who will take any courses or internships in the First Semester, Academic Year 2026 must submit a graduation request in the next round (a notice will be posted on https://reg.mfu.ac.th at the beginning of the First Semester, Academic Year 2026).

3. Students who are not enrolled in the Summer Session, Academic Year 2025, are not required to submit the request.

4. For students who have completed all course and internship requirements, and who submitted a graduation request in 2/2025, but have not yet passed the Exit Examination:

   • Students who are waiting to take the Exit Examination in round 5/2025 or 6/2025 are not required to submit a request.

   • If students do not pass the Exit Examination in round 5/2025 or 6/2025, the submission in the Second Semester, Academic Year 2025 will be canceled. Students must submit a new graduation request in the First Semester, Academic Year 2026 (please wait for further announcements).

⭐️ Remark

• The graduation registration fee (2,000 Baht) can be paid before the final examinations or on the last day of the internship. *If the period expires, access to the REG system will not be possible.

• Students will receive an email titled "Notification of the submission result of the graduation request" within 2–3 weeks after the submission period ends.
