🎓 Contact for receiving the degree certificate for graduates who did not attend the commencement ceremony for the academic year 2023 on March 18, 2025

Graduates can receive the degree certificate from March 19, 2025, onward by following;

1. Pick up by yourself at the registrar division, AS building, Room 108, between 8.30 a.m. - 4 p.m. on a working day.

   • Please bring a Form for Receipt of Degree Certificate printed from the Commencement Ceremony Registration System.

   • Or bring your passport to show the staff and inform your student ID number.

2. Giving power of attorney to someone to receive it at the Registrar Division, AS Building, Room 108, between 8.30 a.m. - 4 p.m. on a working day.

   • Please bring a certified true copy of the proxy's passport to the staff, and inform the given power's student ID number.

   • Or bring a power of attorney printed from the Commencement Ceremony Registration System.

3. Postal delivery

   • Proceed via the e-Academic Document System at https://regdoc.mfu.ac.th

   • Select "Sending a degree certificate"

   • Complete the payment

For graduates who have registered intention not to attend the ceremony and have requested the degree certificate to be delivered, including the payment of the required fees via the Commencement Ceremony Registration System between January 6 and February 10, 2025, the Registrar Division will proceed with the delivery within 7 working days after the completion of the ceremony.

Graduates can check the tracking number via the e-Academic Document system at https://regdoc.mfu.ac.th by referring to the request number that has the * symbol starting from April 1, 2025.
