กรณีขึ้นข้อความว่า "กรุณาติดต่อผู้ดูแลระบบ"

กรณีขึ้นข้อความว่า "กรุณาติดต่อผู้ดูแลระบบ" มักปรากฏขึ้นเมื่อผู้ใช้เข้าถึงเว็บไซต์หรือแอปพลิเคชันแล้วพบปัญหาที่ระบบไม่สามารถแก้ไขได้ด้วยตัวเอง สาเหตุที่พบได้บ่อยมีดังนี้

คุกกี้ (Cookies) ของเบราว์เซอร์: คุกกี้เป็นไฟล์ขนาดเล็กที่เว็บไซต์เก็บไว้บนคอมพิวเตอร์หรืออุปกรณ์ของผู้ใช้เพื่อจดจำข้อมูลการใช้งาน เช่น ภาษาที่ใช้ ธีมที่เลือก สินค้าในตะกร้า ฯลฯ บางครั้งคุกกี้เหล่านี้อาจเกิดปัญหา ทำให้ระบบทำงานไม่ถูกต้อง

วิธีแก้ไข:

  • ล้างคุกกี้ของเบราว์เซอร์: วิธีการล้างคุกกี้จะแตกต่างกันไปขึ้นอยู่กับเบราว์เซอร์ที่ใช้ ค้นหาข้อมูลวิธีล้างคุกกี้บนเว็บไซต์ของเบราว์เซอร์นั้นๆ

  • ล้างแคชของเบราว์เซอร์: แคชเป็นข้อมูลที่เบราว์เซอร์เก็บไว้เพื่อโหลดเว็บไซต์ได้เร็วขึ้น การล้างแคชจะช่วยลบข้อมูลเก่าที่อาจทำให้เกิดปัญหา

  • ลองใช้เบราว์เซอร์อื่น: ปัญหาอาจเกิดจากเบราว์เซอร์ที่ใช้ ลองใช้เบราว์เซอร์อื่นเพื่อดูว่าสามารถเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์หรือแอปพลิเคชันได้หรือไม่

ขั้นตอนล้างคุกกี้ใน เบราว์เซอร์ต่างๆ :

Google Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Click the three dots icon in the top right corner of the window.

  3. Select "Settings".

  4. Click "Privacy and security".

  5. Click "Clear browsing data".

  6. Select the time range for which you want to clear cookies.

  7. Check the box next to "Cookies and other site data".

  8. Click "Clear data".

Microsoft Edge:

  1. Open Edge.

  2. Click the three dots icon in the top right corner of the window.

  3. Select "Settings".

  4. Click "Privacy, search, and services".

  5. Scroll down to "Clear browsing data".

  6. Select the time range for which you want to clear cookies.

  7. Check the box next to "Cookies and other site data".

  8. Click "Clear now".

Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Open Firefox.

  2. Click the three horizontal lines icon in the top right corner of the window.

  3. Select "Settings".

  4. Click "Privacy & Security".

  5. Scroll down to "Cookies and Site Data".

  6. Click "Manage Data".

  7. Select the time range for which you want to clear cookies.

  8. Check the box next to "Cookies".

  9. Click "Clear Now".

Safari:

  1. Open Safari.

  2. Click "Safari" in the menu bar.

  3. Select "Preferences".

  4. Click "Privacy".

  5. Click "Manage Website Data".

  6. Select the websites you want to clear cookies for.

  7. Click "Remove".
