Programme Philosophy : The PhD program in innovative food science and technology aims to prepare food science and technology specialists with in-depth specialized knowledge in food science and technology, focusing on research that can be applied to create new knowledge and innovation, emphasizing on the cost-effective use of resources for sustainable consumption and production as well as build up food security to upgrade and drive the country's agricultural and food industry, creating academic excellence and professional skills for internationally recognized.

Programme Objectives :
  1. The aims of this program are to educate the students to have international potential in food science and technology, to be able to integrate knowledge and in-depth research skills in food science and technology to create new knowledge and innovations that lead to strengthening the development of Thailand's agricultural and food industry, as well as focusing on efficient use of resources for sustainable consumption and production to build up food security, and be able to act in accordance with their roles and duties and complying with the professional ethics of food scientists, academic and research ethics.
